with heartfelt thanks

Words cannot express the gratitude that we feel for the outpouring of love and support that you have all shown us. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Although we are not ready to start posting again, we just wanted to let everyone know that Buzzy’s passing was amazingly peaceful. We have no doubt that he was ready for us to let him go to The Bridge.

As soon as he feels up to it, Meep will be posting on his own. Until then, please know that you are all in our thoughts & prayers.

Thank you all, for being there for us, for understanding, and for caring. It truly means more to us than you’ll ever know.

When it is time to start posting again, you will know. Don't rush it.

Idon't have a blog. But I just wanted to send my sympathy. I had to have my 20 year old cat put to sleep in feb.. I had had her for 19 years. It was very sad. When the time felt right I went to the humane society for a cat and came home with 3! One of them is bugging me for his own blog. Susan

Headbutts forever my little friend!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Poem for People from their Cats
And God asked the feline spirit
Are you ready to come home?
Oh, yes, quite so, replied the precious soul
And, as a cat, you know I am most able to decide
anything for myself.
Are you coming then? asked God.
Soon, replied the whiskered angel
But I must come slowly
For my human friends are troubled
For you see, they need me, quite certainly.
But don't they understand, asked God,
That you'll never leave them?
That your souls are intertwined? For all eternity?
That nothing is created or destroyed?
It just is....forever and ever and ever.
Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them.
I just am....forever and ever and ever.
We are so sorry to hear about Buzzerbee! We had no idea this had happened.
No one can fault you for the decision you made for Buzzy. Those kind of decisions aren't made for ourselves, they are to keep a loved one from suffering. None of us want to see our little furred ones suffering. Please take comfort knowing that you made the right decision for Buzzy. You helped him fight his disease until his little body couldn't anymore. He had a wonderful life with you and you family. He loved you very much and is very thankful for his life.
